Is there a way to copy game data to a new profile for my sibling?

Me and my sibling have been sharing an xbox account and we're wondering if there is a way for them to copy over their game data for Overwatch to a new profile for them now that they are older. We don't mind losing achievements just the progress.

The master copy of your profile is stored on XBOX Live's servers, but you can copy over the one on your existing HDD to the new console. Your friends
are based on your profile, so those are fine. Your data should all either Copy or Move to the new console, though there are a few games that bind things to the actual console ID. Those may not work after the transfer.
