    Is there a way to contact the enforcement team or is there anyone that can help me?


    My account was banned because of some trash talking which is stated in the code of conduct as fine. I never use any bad language or anything. They perm banned my account and gave me a month long console ban. Ive never had any strikes on my account that ive had for over ten years. They denied my appeal and I was still given no real explanation. The xbox support is the worst team I have ever experienced. Do better, time to go to PlayStation i guess.

    Submitting an appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.
