Is there a way to check the status of an active xbox support case?

On June 30th, I tried to purchase a Silver Bundle for Destiny 2 using my Microsoft account credit. The purchase completed, but I never got the Silver to appear in game. After a week of trying every troubleshooting option I could find and speaking to Bungie
Support about the issue, I spoke to am Xbox Support Tech on July 9th. They told me they identified an issue where my account was credited for the purchase, but it never notified Bungie about the purchase.

I was given a support case number for the issue and told that they would Email me with updates about my case, but I've yet to hear anything back from them. On July 14th, I spoke to a separate Xbox Support Tech to get an update on my case, and they told me
it was "in process." A week later, I've still heard nothing about the case. Is there any way to get info about it without talking to another support tech? I understand things would go slowly regarding the current pandemic, but its been almost a month since
my issue started.

Since the quarantine began, sometimes I have the same problem, and could it be a related to a large number of active users in Xbox live, sometimes the services are not available or are having troubles if that's the case you can check it in https://support-origin.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-live-status

We unfortunately don't have any way of controlling or checking the enforcement status of your account because the enforcement department is technically a separate team. Normally, you should be able to check the status as soon as you sign into Xbox Enforcement | Home.

Hello when you say the status, has it already been mailed out? Have you already put a request in for repair? Was the controller showing as under warranty? Just a little confused because you said it recognized the serial then it didn't?!
