What you need to do is create a restriction for the Windows Store app.

Go to App and game limits >>> select the Microsoft Store >>> Block App. You can also restrict other non-Microsoft browsers from there.

I don't mind parents letting their kids play online as long as they're limited with parental controls (not being allowed to talk to strangers for example). That way, they can still have fun online while playing it safe under their parent's watchful eye &

Its not hard to understand what you don't understand is you are responsible for all your child's actions on unrestricted accounts

If you want your child to be controlled you must put them on a child account this is the same with all consoles

Parental responsibility has always been with the parent not a inanimate object

All consoles have parental settings that must be applied

And child controls that have to be setup

Parental controls on the said account will stop any purchases as long as you apply them

Assuming you put them on a childaccount and don't give them the password

If you pit them on a adult account there is no parental control

I would use his own log on, that way he would have all his things and you could apply Fortnite parental controls.
