Is there a way that I can do to have the ability to text people again on Xbox

If you've been banned/suspended from using communication features on Xbox, the best thing to do is to sign in at ( https://enforcement.xbox.com ), this is where you'll be able to see your account's standing, find more information on past and current enforcement actions, and possibly submit a case review for your suspension.

• To see more information on your enforcement action:

- Select your account from the "Showing enforcements for" drop-down menu
- Select your enforcement action.
* If your enforcement action is eligible for a case review, you can select "Submit an appeal".

• Please note that:

- Submitting a case review is the only way to get a ban/suspension lifted.
- Not all enforcement actions qualify for a case review.
- Customer support is unable to assist you with bans or suspensions due to not having access to enforcement details.

Ok I understand you feel frustrated but the best thing you can do in that situation is block and report the players who are being toxic towards you rather than fighting back. By fighting back all you've done is given three or four other people the ability
to report you and as its reported by more than one person, it's likely that it will be seen as you are the issue rather than the other people. If they are playing in a mean or toxic way just block them and you never have to play with them again. The only other
suggestion I have is to speak clearly and calmly to the enforcement team and explain.

Edit: Also block the person who is texting you.

Yes, there should be a split in the options between voices messages and text messages on Xbox One. I like being able to send and receive text messages between all people, but don’t like getting voice messages from angry kids. I should be able to have the
ability to send text messages to all, but not be able to send or receive voice messages or at least only to friends.

I came to the Microsoft Community site to be able to get answers from people through text, I understand that caller support would be a much easier way to do this, but the issue is that I don't feel too comfortable talking with people with my voice and personally would like to solve this issue through messages/texts.

My fault i suppose next time i'll put (playful ahem) or (giggle) something that obviously states i was trying to have a laugh for ALL involved.
