is there a way submit an appeal for an xbox suspension?

i got suspended from a gamerpic and i wish to appeal both of my strikes and suspensions, i did not really concider breaking any guidelines with the image as it was allowed to become my profile image as it was verified but if it was i am ok with it as i was only a 2 day suspension, i am more confused on why i recived a second one for the same image after i recived one 5 minutes after for even longer and after i changed it back for 8 days, i really wish to appeal these suspension and i dont know how

You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE & file for a case review if eligible.

That is the only way to appeal a suspension.
