    Is there a verification system on Xbox One?


    Hello all! Recently I've noticed that some players have had "Verified" and then a tick next to it in their display name on my Xbox One friends list so this has brought me to wonder, is this verification a real thing that I can enlist my account for or is
    it just a silly trend that people are doing to make themselves look official?

    Did you enter your verification code? This code is on your card. You can also update your card via Xbox.com on your pc.

    There is something else you can try:

    remove your card, delete your Marketplace System Data from the System Items folder on your Hard Drive, clear your System Cache, restart your Xbox, then add your card.

    Just for added verification, when you go to Settings>System>Storage on your Xbox 360, does it say Microsoft in the "Hard Drive" selection there?

    Does the parent account have two-step verification set on it by chance? That's one way the system would say the password is wrong.
