Is there a smaller xbox one controller for someone with medical problems?

I looked up that CronusMax Plus adapter. While isn't wasn't available, it did lead me to another adapter that was. It has good reviews and allows me to use my PS4 controller. Thanks to amazon, it should be here tomorrow.

using the following adapter you would be able to plug in the ps4 controller wired and use that as you say your medical problem is not affected with the ps4 controller.

I think powerA make a small controller its wired but its half the size of a standard controller i belive
