Is there a Save Game or Quick Save functionality in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020?

Hi, I just purchased the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 on Steam and I just paused a 4 hour flight because I can't seem to find a way to save it. I think it's a bush sightseeing flight, still new to the UI, but I can't find any control
scheme to save the game, neither quick save, nor quick load, etc.

Please tell me there is a save feature in this game, and I am not supposed to stay on the chair for 16 hours to do a mission...

I don't think there is a save feature.

But, you don't need to sit at the game for 16 hours to complete a mission. Solution? Change
the simulation speed.

You will be happy to know that a standard Xbox controller is enough to play Flight Simulator 2020 and any other game on Xbox consoles.
