    I have been filing claim after claim to get a refund on my xbox game I was charged TWICE
    for both diffrent prices SAME GAME. Each time I was denied my claim even though this was a fuck up on Microsoft's billing. I had originally canceled the pre order and re preordered it at a cheaper price. For some reason though I still
    had to pay for the game twice at two different prices.

    I got charged for xbox live membership automatically

    The only way to contact the billing department is by phone. They are the ones who you will need to talk to try to get a refund.

    Double charged for same game.

    Sorry, but phone support is the only way to get in touch with the billing department. They are the only ones who can handle refunds.

  6. that dosent work I want a refund for being charged for the same game I my order history is wack cause i have an email from Microsoft and a bank statement saying otherwise that is beyond immoral of the company to charge me for the same game

  7. Just so I understand you your bank statement shows that you were charged two times but MS order history only shows one charge?

    Are you sure that it is an actual charge on the bank statement and not a hold that will fall off after a certain amount of time? Which MS has no control over that is your bank.

    Are you sure that you didnt order it possibly on two different MS accounts?

    If there is two charges on your bank statement and only one charge on your MS order history that is all MS is showing that they charged you for and anything anyone is going to be able to see at MS you would have to take that second charge up with your bank
    at that point.

    My bank was charged I only have 1 ms account and i have an email verification from ms and a charge in my statement and in the order history it only shows i was charged for the time I cancelled it

    I believe that your best bet would be to attempt a charge dispute through your bank.

    Sorry to hear this has happened to you. I would recommend arranging a call back from Xbox Support. Fill out the request call back form at
    support.xbox.com/contact-us then explain what's happened to them over the phone. If you choose to select the option to speak with an expert ask them to escalate you right away.
