    Is there a recovery app in microsoft store on xbox one?


    Some of my videos i end up accidentally delete them and unaware of a onedrive app that can save a videos up to 5GB. Is there a way to recover deleted video? Does anyone know the files&folders lite GB limits?

    Sorry for the issue with your video. If the video was never uploaded to the cloud and you deleted it off the console, there is no way to recover it unfortunately. In the future we recommend using the

    These steps can help you, give it a try.
    Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.
    1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
    2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.
    3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
    4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.
    5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

    In the EA desktop app, log out of your account, use the EA recovery app and when you log into the app again use the option to log in with your Xbox account.

    Also, check that your region and time are correct.

    Log out of the EA Desktop app, use EA's App Recovery and when you log back into the app select the option to do this with your Xbox account, log in, look for a game in the EA app and try to install It.
