    I just looked at my account because I realized I haven't been getting any rewards ever since last year. Can somebody help?

  2. Why wont my Xbox rewards recognize my Gold status

    I have a 12 month Xbox Live Gold Membership account. Why isn't my reward recognizing the live account? It is giving me only 5% for my purchases when I should be receiving 10%. How do I get it to recognize my gold and how do I get the rewards that it is
    not providing me that it should?

    I'm a xbox gold member and I'm also a rewards member.I pay gold monthly since my account started. But only getting 3% back when I should get 6%

    Keep in mind that MyVip rebates reset on a yearly basis. The most recent reset was January 1st, 2017. If you are only receiving 2% back (1 star) that means you did not spend enough on eligible content to continue with the 5 star MyVip rebate which you probably
    carried over from 2015.

    The amount of money you spend each year on eligible content dictates which star level you achieve for the following year.

    Either way, the staff will review your account to make sure there are no issues. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and they typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do NOT work on weekends.

    We see that you have been consistently receiving Credits and deposits, which you can review yourself from the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page. You can also confirm these deposits as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    where they are listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    MS rewards is really bad, with no rewards no punchcards, and you dont get 10% back on purchases in your account either. Why are you only discriminating the UK??? usa keeps rewards as normal.

    I says in the fine print that the gift is worth no more than 25 cents, at least that's what I've been reading on other forums, and I only get 2% back on all my purchases. 2%! It's not much of a rewards system, just a sham to get people to buy Gold because
    they think they'll get a nice prize, and they should really get rid of the pictures of the controllers for gamerscore rewards, it's just false advertisement, I assumed I would get a nice red controller for my Gamer Score, but sadly you don't :/
