If you're going to review Xbox games, I would think you should be a Gold member, since the online experience is such a big part of video games these days.

Sorry to say but if you are a new YouTube content creator then you aren't going to be getting games supplied to you for no cost.

You are going to need to build up popularity and a decent sized following before the publishers will even consider it. Even relatively famous YouTube reviewers like Angry Joe had to buy their own games when starting out.

If you want to put reviews on YouTube then you are going to have to factor the price of games into your ongoing costs.
