is there a possibility to create a second account on my new external 2,5 SDD

Hi guys,

I bought me today an external 2,5 SAMSUNG 1 TB SDD for my XBOX ONE ELITE

Now I want to create a new ACCOUNT/GAMERTAG for family members and guests, because I don't want them to use my intern hard drive for installing games, saves and updates/DLC.

NOTE: In the past it was possible on the XBOX 360

any ideas?

In X360 you can choose a different storage to save your progress (such as an external HDD). In alternative, in X1 there is the possibility to remove data saved on the cloud, as specified in the

guide. As a last way, you can create a new account and start the game again.

 

Kid Account even if I am not a kid.

Just wow. Since I can't modify the original birthday all I can do is to create another account? I don't have words to explain how totally dumb is this.

If I create another account, is there a remote possibility to transfer all game data (savegames, achievements...) on the new one? I guess not...

 

I created a second gamertag for my X1 - but have no control where it is on disk, and wonder why that matters?

Just create another gamertag.

In my case I have plenty email aliases so I can use to confirm for each gamertag as needed.

You cannot use the same email for all.

You can set many options for what a gamertag can do - but don't remember which disk to use is one of them.

On 360 it is so easy to move stuff around, you have very little control in X1.

2. I will install different games which I won't play, but family members will play

3. I want to split the games between the hard drive from the XBOX ONE ELITE and the external hard drive

4. so they(user from the new/second GAMERTAG) can install/play what they want on the external hard drive

# U are right that we had more free space on the XBOX 360!
