Ours has been the same for a few days, even went and exchanged the headset thinking it was faulty, brand new one still not working & all trouble shooting not working either, very frustrating

hi, what exactly is the problem? don't you hear a game of sound? or aren't you going to be heard about a party or the other way around. i played with the a50 this morning and playing sound was no problem

Thanks I've tried some ordinary headphones and they don't work so it's looking like the controller. I should be under warranty with Amazon so will need to get on to them for a replacement

First, turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds, this clears cache and may fix this.

Also make sure you read the manual for your headset, to see if it needs any updates (if possible).

problem
