    Is there a forum for XBox Music?

    It's my understanding that xbox accounts and zune accounts are now one and the same. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding? When you login to your xbox music account (which is just the zune account renamed) and check the account section under settings, are any
    points displayed?

    yep. for me too. pretty much ever since they transitioned into xbox music. internet function hasn't been this slow since the dial-up days. at this point, it's taking two or three hours to download one album. i love the zune, and i love the marketplace,
    but microsoft's management of this software and its support websites is laughable. none of us can even figure out a good place in their ridiculously sprawled out website to report or expect an answer to our questions. i'm afraid i may have to start getting
    away from microsoft products in the future.

    We don't currently have a forum specifically for them because they can fall under different categories. This forum is a good place to start, though. Are you currently experiencing issues with achievements? We'll be able to get you the assistance you're looking
    for and see if we can get those to pop for you. Is there a forum for achievements not unlocking? :)

    I have a couple achievements that won't pop too, on the Candleman game, "Sailor -150G" and "Led by Fate - 100G", been like that for 3 days or so, they say "Unlocked" when I click on them, however they're still listed under "Locked". Sailor is mission(s)
    specific, can't miss it, and I've completed the requirements for Led by Fate.

    Please check out all the steps in our forums sticky for
    achievements not unlocking    . These steps can help to unlock the achievements, it can also take up to 72 hours for the achievements to unlock. If the achievements have not unlocked after that time you will want to fill out the survey in that link as well.
