    Is there a fix on the way for games randomly crashing to dashboard?


    I know theres lots of threads flying about but i just want to try and get a definitive answer:

    1) Has the console crashes been reported as a widespread issue?

    2) Has anyone confirmed if a fix is on the way?

    My Series X is crashing to dashboard 2-3 times every day, more if i play certain games like Fuser which seem to trigger it. I spoke to the support team who suggested resetting and the usual fixes, which havent helped, so i just want to know if this is something
    that can be fixed by a patch, because their other advice was to contact the retailer and ask for a replacement/refund. I looked at the retailers website and they say i need to talk to MS about a repair, so now I'm stuck in an awkward middle position with a
    console i don't really want to use atm as i know itll crash on me.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated
