    Thanks for the above replies, but unfortunately as I’m in the UK, the tips to push the numbers didn’t work, and the website absolutely didn’t work after several attempts to request help. All I’m looking for is a direct dial customer support number but that doesn’t seem to exist any more!

    Dang man. Sorry yeah I live in California. That sucks. But here's another pro tip. If there is a corporate office there or that you can call. That's your best bet. The other guy who answered you must be a bot because he gave you the same response that the system gives. I have been a loyal customer to this company in so many ways. For more then 13 years. I refuse to be forced to get help only on line. Especially when I pay for services. Again find a corporate or equivalent near your location or in your country and call them. That's what I did. It is really stupid that the quantity of hacking and scams have gone through the roof in the last few years. Yet every time I get anyone online there from the countries that are showing on my profile that are attempting to hack me. That makes me really confident Microsoft. Oh btw Microsoft that was sarcasm I know you can't tell anymore since your nothing but bots now... Oh and sorry bro. If you're in America the first response will work. Here is an idea I just had if you have a VPN and a you could use it to spoof over to America and then download a free calling application and call corporate over here. Good luck let me know how it goes.

    Use the basic number that keeps telling you that service has moved online. But do this I promise it will work just took me 2 whole months and calling Los Angeles corporate to figure it out. Good luck.
