Is there a chance I get a refund?

So my xbox account was hacked into early Friday morning. There was 30 charges totaling up to around $500. That morning when I realized it I called a support number and the lady said I’ll be getting contacted within 24 to 48 hours, I’m assuming that’s business hours. I decided Saturday morning maybe I should send in a refund request as well. So I sent one in, it got denied. Is there still a chance I get a refund through the request the support lady put in?

When it comes to denied refund, all you have to do is to reply to the notification email that you have received from the Refund.

And on your reply, kindly give them an acceptable/valid reason why you really need the money back for it'll be reviewed by the Department who handle refunds.

Activision support is attrocious

Cannot speak to anyone who can do anything to assist

All I want to know is how I recover my account so that I can continue to use the game I purchased
