Is there a bug with the Rewards program?

I contacted Microsoft because I honestly didn't know what was going on. They tried to help but ultimately told me to post here and hopefully get some answers. It says I have 8,000 of 5,000 points and don't have the option to request a Deposit like before.
Then I looked and a lot of my reward deposits were pending. Is the Program discontinued or am I missing something?

So I found this bug. Tried to chat with the support and didn't answer my question: is there a reward for reporting such such a bug? Hope so, Google does it.

Gun Bros Connection Online Bug !!

There seems to be a bug or what? After connecting online for 3 or 4 days, the 5th day seems cannot connect online and the Online Reward is GONE !!! Is it a bug or what?

 

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

 

I understand that. But I have 8000 and nothing was deposited. Its like its stuck in Limbo or something. Plus I do not see any Request button.

 

Since you have over 5,000 credits, you won't see a request deposit button. Your credits would be scheduled for deposited based on when you got to 5,000 pending. If you hit the 5,000 mark early this month, they should be deposited in a few days. If you hit
5,000 well before March 1, check further down the MyRewards section of the site for your account status. If it is yellow or red, then there is an issue with your account that is preventing the deposits. If it's green, your account is fine and you would just
need to wait until your credits are scheduled to be deposited.

 

Its green so All I have to do is wait for the first of April I guess?

 

Depending on when you got to 5,000 pending, they'll either be deposited sometime over the next few days or closer to April 15.

We only perform an automatic deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits; that is why the upper limit of the pending bar is set to 5000 Credits. It is just to show your progress towards an automated deposit. It is possible to have more than this amount pending
(and many users often do!). Since you did not reach 5000 pending Credits until recently, you were not scheduled for a deposit. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be
deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since the Credits that placed you over 5000 pending Credits and scheduled you for a deposit automatically occurred
at the beginning of the month, you should expect your deposit in the end of month deposit cycle.

Since you were automatically scheduled for a deposit, there was no need for you to request one manually, so the button was disabled on your page.
