Is there a 3-4 port HDMI switch that is working with Xbox One X in 4 K mode?

I have an "Aten VS481B 4-Port HDMI Switch Ultra-HD" which works well with Xbox One (normal and X) on 1080p. It also works with a Samsung Blue Ray Player in 4K, so it supports 4K. But it is not working when I set my Xbox One X to 4K. I had a chat with support
and as she couldn't help me she pointed me here so maybe one of the community can recommend a device that will work.

HDMI Auto Switch Problem... any advice appreciated

I had the same problem with my switch box at launch. what I wound up doing is: Since my Reciever has 4 hdmi ports, I put the xbox one directly into one of the receiver hdmi's. I hooked my hdmi switch box up to hdmi 4 on the receiver and hooked up my ps4,
ps3, and wii u to the auto switch. 8 hdmi ports is enough for me (barely).

I would recommend the following, hopefully something helps

(1) Unplug the Xbox One from the wall outlet for 5 minutes and then plug it back in

(2) Unplug the TV fromt the wall outlet for 5 minutes and then plug it back in

(3) Try another HDMI cable, maybe that one that you're using is damaged

(4) Try using another HDMI Port on your TV, maybe the HDMI Port that your using is damaged

I know this may sound like a stupid question so apologies but: Do you have the HDMI cable plugged into one of the HDMI 2.1 ports? Those ones are Ports 3 and 4 on that particular TV

Again, apologies, I am sure you have already done that but just wanted to double check

Edit: I found this on a review of that TV:

"All of these work as expected when the TV is switched to its Enhanced Format mode, which is limited to 60Hz"

So, I'd check if the EF Mode is switched on and switch it off to see...could be that or could be VRR (as mentioned above)

Hi yes this tv support hdmi 2.1 and 120hz on port 4 and port 3 Earc I don't need play 120hz because you lost beatuful visual like ray tracing. For me 60hz or 30hz is fine. But xbox series x support hdmi 2.1 on 60hz or not ?? I found on internet if xseriesx run on 60hz switch to hdmi 2.0 TMDS not 2.1FRL..
