    Banned from receiving credits?

    This sounds like a Halo specific ban. As Bungie is no longer in control of the Halo titles you will need to contact 343 industries on their forums for the game.

    They do have a forum on the halo waypoint site for Report issues and share solutions related to Halo 5: Guardians.

    You just need to contact 343 industries using the Halo forums here. https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/forums Bungie have nothing to do with Halo anymore, and will just redirect you to 343 industries.
