    What you created in the 360 is considered an offline account. The One requires that all accounts be online accounts so there is no way to create offline accounts for the One.

    If your account is a child's account then you not be able to acquire the Xbox 360 games on your Xbox one or Xbox.com. In order to get them you will either have to download them on an Xbox 360 or create an adult account with Xbox with Xbox live Gold. Thats
    just the way it is until Microsoft changes it.

    on xbox 360, its possible to just create an xbox profile that is not in turn a "Microsoft Account" so that way your children can play offline and have separate game saves, but to connect to xbox live and play online (multiplayer & and purchasing content)
    the xbox profile must sign up for Xbox Live.

    If a user signs up for Xbox Live, a Microsoft account is required (emails are required for this). If the user is under the age of 18, then an additional Microsoft account must be created to monitor the child account. Xbox one has changed the way profiles
    are created, if you try to create an account it will automatically try and setup a Microsoft account.

    It's not a glitch, that's just the way Microsoft has it set up. You will need to either create an adult account with Xbox live Gold or download the game on your Xbox 360.
