Is the YouTube app not working on xbox360?

I'm trying to open the app but it states that there's and application outage but when i check Xbox live status it's stating that the app is up and running?

Youtube app is not working

I am also having a problem right now where the Youtube app isn't uploading videos. It was working fine two days ago when I last uploaded a video to YouTube. But sometime later, the app wasn't able to upload. When I selected a video to upload, the app showed
the progress bar of the video uploading, then the app informed when the upload was 100% complete, but when I went to my YouTube video manager, the video would not appear. My YouTube page would say the Upload Failed: Cannot process file. I also noticed that
the YouTube app on Xbox was suspiciously uploading a 9 minute long video too fast. Normally when I upload a video that long, it takes a while, but when this error occurred, the YouTube app was speeding too fast to be believable. Maybe that has something to
do with it.

Youtube app is not working

I find idiotic in a first place that I cant directly upload videos on YT or Facebook from game dvr instead of Twitter or OneDrive, but whatever.

So I tried to manually upload a video using Xbox One inside Youtube application. But here comes the error, when I select the video I want to upload, it says "FILE_NOT_AVAILABLE" or something like that. Anyone already tried to upload video using YT app on
Xbox One?

What is exactly happening on your end when you try using the YouTube app? Are you having a load up issue when you launch the app itself or are you experiencing an issue with streaming videos within the app?

well the issue at the time was with the app it self i was having issues launching the app but the issue from two days ago has ceased to be an issue has of yesterday I'm glad someone replied to my question though thank you The only thing i seem to be experiencing
right now has of yesterday night was with a streaming videos within the app i cleared out the cookies and the history hoping that would solve the issue but no dice I'm going to check on it right now to see if the issue has stopped because it was only playing
a few seconds into the video maybe a minuet then it try to load but it would take awhile
