Is the Xbox Website's Sign In Button Not Working?

We understand that you are trying to sign into Xbox, and you were unable to as you keep on looped on the main menu. There is a possibility that you are signed into your other account on other Microsoft services and that restricts you to access Xbox related sites.

To isolate this concern, we would like to ask for details:

1. Is the device you are using PC or Console? Are we on sign in page of a browser or of the game?
   
2. Can we ask for a screenshot of the error message? Please conceal your personal information like full name and email address.
   
3. If you visit Office.com in your browser, were you logged into an account? If yes, you may need to sign out and see if you can sign into your personal account (Xbox).
   

We can answer questions related to Microsoft account however for the concern you had with Epic games, it is best that you consult the Epic games support team: Epic Games Support. Should you have any questions about Microsoft account, feel free to let us know.

If it won't work through that website, you can use the recovery tool in order to sign into on the Xbox by signing out of all accounts, pressing the guide button on your controller, and choosing Recover Gamertag.
