    Is the xbox store not working currently?


    As I was trying to purchase modern warfare I noticed that the store wouldn't load. Upon restoring my console the store still wouldn't load. I am wondering wether or not this is a personal issue or problem with xbox.

    Yes in other devices it is logging in in both MS Store and Xbox app. (I have one more laptop for work) and it is working fine there

    Yes in web browser it is logging in and working fine but the issue is MS Store and Xbox Login in the current device.

    There are currently problems with Live on the backend which is affecting items in the online store for the 360. The Xbox team is currently working to resolve it - the only thing that you can do for now is patiently wait until it is fixed.
