Is the Xbox one “S” good for streaming games or is there issues with video quality when...

I prefer Mixer if you are streaming directly from your Xbox. You can download the Mixer Creator App to control your stream and interact with your aaudience. Twitch is good as well, but you need a good quality connection to produce quality video .

Unfortunately the Xbox one S is only really capable of maxing out at 1080p UHD. If you want the full 4k HDR experience you'll need the Xbox One X. I dont think there's a way of getting it to run even in 4k UHD on their S. The only 4k you'll get on the
S is the streaming and video quality.

It's not an issue with a certain game. It's the menu that opens when I press the live streaming button. I even did it on the home screen and I couldn't even get the option to change live streaming settings - like quality. I tried the steps anyway, even though I was pretty sure that wouldn't work. It happened when I tried to change the video quality mid-stream

I have the same problem. I just purchased a Xbox One S the video goes out for a second or two while anything is done movies, games or stream/cast etc. My TV is a M70-D3, when I stream straight to the TV it works without an issue. I just purchased a Samsung
UBD-K8500 to help test this, streaming, playing 4k or even 4k hdr media works no issue at all. Switch cables / or go back to the xbox and guess what-my video starts to blink every few minutes. Really looks to be a One S issue.
