    @24.

    Like I said earlier, this was a common problem for Me and some friends. As long as we were all at the home screen we could start the party fine. If one or more of us were already in a game, it would mess up the whole party chat.

    That issue has long since been resolved. Parties still mess up once in a while. But that wasn't the issue.

    @Sword not the low volume issue, but when we first joined and my circle wasnt lighting up for you but was for me.

    @Goat I always start parties from the home screen.

    Oh, no idea then. I know it was bad in the beginning and then got better, but We still had issue's from time to time though.

  7. Like Zombie Deano, I've been on live for going on 8 years, and never have network problems on Live. I wondered if this was just a hiccup, like someone else said.

    I will try some of these ideas though, like starting a party chat from the home screen, rather than in game.

    Something else I wondered about: I noticed that sometimes the Bone boots up very quickly, putting me right in the home screen. Then other times, it takes longer, going through the green "Xbox One" screen. Why the difference? Is there anything I should
    be doing when I power down so it restarts one way rather than the other?

    Mine only does that when I do a reset. No idea why it would be doing that if you arent doing a reset.

    at launch there were a lot of party chat issues, but after the first few updates i've only a had a few issues over the past several months where the system is not picking up my chat, but that seems to fixed for me by unplugging the headset adapter from the
    controller and plugging back in.

    Actually, what I find works the best is before joining a party with someone else, start up a party by yourself and make sure the little green circle is lighting up when you talk. After that you should be clear for party chat.
