Is the Xbox controller wireless adapter discontinued?

I can't seem to find it anywhere. I am using bluetooth on my pc, however the connection drops out randomly and it doesn't seem to work if there is something in the way between the controller and the bluetooth on pc.

I really want to buy the wireless adapter but I can't find one.

The Xbox 360 controller, assuming you’re using wireless only charges via USB. You would need to get the now discontinued 360 wireless adapter

Any Xbox one controller will connect via USB, Bluetooth, or the Xbox wireless adapter. You need to use USB or the Xbox adapter for headset support

I never found it in the Microsoft store. I tried Newegg, Amazon, etc and looking at the customer reviews, they got the older (bigger) version of the dongle, not the smaller one.

Probably is a high demanded item
But Microsoft keep selling it. You may need to keep an eye or track the item with a third party tool

The adapter is not discontinued, but few days ago I saw stock for it. Now I seeing it as sold out.

Another option if you want to get it, is look for it with a third party seller like Amazon, Walmart, etc.
