Is the werewolf bite bugged?

How do you turn another player into a werewolf. I'm at the shrine I got full ultimate but I get no option to turn another player into a werewolf anybody know how or is that not implemented yet into the game. Google/bing only has videos for the PC not consoles.

EU server daggerfall, gt would like a werewolf bite, been search no luck just scams

 

the exact same way you devour an enemy, check if you haven't accidentally bit someone by going to character and the name "bit and ally" would come up

 

I don't get that. All I get as a interaction screen with nothing saying bite an ally. Nothing.

 

Must be lvl 6 with werewolf, must invest a point into the skill. Once at the shrine transform into your werewolf and approach the person you wish to bite. It will say to hit Y+B and you will now bite the person

 

Only time I get devour messages is when I am near corpses of fallen enemies. I'm a level 9 werewolf.

 

Does he have to get killed and I have to devour his corpse or what.

It's bugged just like 80% of the game is. The best thing I can tell you to try to do is to use your healing howl then see if it pops up the option. I once had that to not even work, until I used one of the other powers.
