Is the suspension temporary, need to know

So I have asked before but I have 1 more question, I have logged into the enforcement page and saw that I have a 7 day suspension which I understand it ends on the 26th for me, but what has me nervous is that I can’t even login to my account and it says “permanently suspended” and this is my 3rd ever suspension out of me being on Xbox for 10+ years, I just need to ask did anyone else have this visual bug and I hope it’s temporary and I hope I can log back in after the 26th, just looking for an answer as to why it says permanent and not temporary as it does in the website.

If this message is still displayed on your console after the ban expires, you will probably be able to see an update on the enforcement site, but as I said I believe it's just a BUG, as it's the site that shows the definitive answer.

I believe it may be a visual bug, since on the enforcement site your ban is shown as temporary, if you have not yet requested a case review try to do this, if you have already done it, just wait for the team responsible for your case to finish reviewing and give you an answer.

ahhh thank you, yea I'm pretty sure it is a bug since i never get suspensions but i will try to log back in right when it expires.

that's great to hear, yea I love Xbox/Microsoft I just needed a solid answer and I was getting nervous but I knew the site was correct and it had to be a visual bug.
