    has any body an idea when they read the messages or when they are working ?

    now im on the cell phone at the center and they told me they cant help me within game contents.

    please help

    Tweeted Xbox Support yesterday on my displeasure, they were kind enough to refer me to call MS support direct.

    Today I called and of course the staff could not do anything. She said the Advocacy Team was working on it and to give them 5 to 7 days.

    Ok i'm supposed to give them 5 to 7 days for what? You have my PSU so just send me a new PSU that isn't that hard?

    No this Advocacy Team is a highly trained ninja team that must search for my LOST PSU and find it!!

    Wait A minute I have to wait on them to find my PSU that THEY LOST!!

    Tracking number says TAFOLLA sign for it, why do I have to wait? and How long am I going to have to wait?

    (Support) 5 to 7 days, Ok it's been 5 days already (Support wait till friday) The advocacy team will contact you by email and only email

    (Me) So now I have to wait on the Super Advocacy Ninja Team to tell me they can not find my PSU that I sent them, then what?

    (support) oh they will find it, they just need the 5 to 7 days.

    (Me) Ok, I do that but in the mean time, I like to ORDER a new PSU, and I have no problem paying for it because I like to get my XboxOne running as soon as

    (Support) - we don't sell Power supplies individually,

    So basically your telling me I'm out of luck?! < trying to use nice words but thinking really bad words!

    (Support) no you just have to wait a couple more days

    So I'll wait!

    I really should have sent this back to Amazon and never used Xbox support, but I'm forever stuck with my XboxOne do to I registered it and got an extended warranty.

    Nah. this is deffenetly microsofts own problem not mine .... it started working again after i kept trying to confirm the payement and after 5-6'th time it started working .... so i guess persistance is the anwser to this problem is the support working ? i have called 5 times and now wait 5 days and no anwser . :D And theres no difference
    when adding points from youre console or from my laptop... still shows the same thing.

    Not sure. Most times a refund is issued it only takes 3-5 business days. You can either call back and ask or wait 5 days and see if it goes through then (if not then call and ask).

    I did speak to the online support. They recommended calling the phone support and arranging an exchange that will take 3-5 days. I did read that using the "emergency offline update" works but microsoft have taken down the link. I'm waiting to speak to the
    online support again and hopefully they will be able to give me the link.

    I had the same problem, but just called Xbox tech support and they handled this on the phone. By the time I hung up, I had ordered an Xbox Music pass for one of my child accounts on our family plan. I didn't have to wait 5 days or anything.
