    Is the "Pause all" downloads bug ever going to be fixed? It has been around for years.


    Does this affect many of you and if so are you reporting it?

    I've been having the issue intermittently for years, and I know I'm not the only one.

    If you don't know what I'm talking about, the issue is when you have multiple items queued for download, and selecting the "Pause all" button fails to pause all downloads, just some or even only one of them, meaning that the process has to be continually repeated until all items are paused. Only sometimes does it actually pause every item in the queue.

    It seems absurd to me that this annoying bug has been around for so long.

    Yes, tenure is a cumulative. There is a bug that is causing users to lose tenure (myself included) and then it randomly appears back on the account.

    If Support was able to see the years of tenure on your account, you have nothing to worry about. You've been hit by the bug that has been going around.

    The bug fix is has already been rolled out though for the last 14 hours so hopefully a lot of the bugs have been fixed.

    Like I said before I wasn't even going to start playing until this bug fix so now finally I get to give it a go.
