Is the online game play really that bad??

Only fools rush in, armor is direct fire support

 

The game is fine. The only problem I have is that my load-outs don't get saved sometimes. Other than that, there is no reason not to get it on Xbox One.

 

Yeah, the loadouts is the only problem I have. It's a bit of a pain when your loadout reset's and you go into "locked" equipped with a Stinger and Tank mines.

 

I lost all my attachments when I clicked battlepacks on pc while playing on XBox1. Sucked to lose my scopes and all attachments. Oh well. Also i'm so use to BC2 instead of bf4. The d pad is just the opposite for left and right for defib and health packs
and ammo packs and c4. Also what's up with the option screen letting us changing networks and frequency and what not? Starts us at 50%. Says if you crank it up the graphics might be out of place or crash.

 

You can change gadgets left to right by changing which slot theyre in, network smoothing is lag compensation set it to 0

 

Thanks for the idea of changing equipment for left and right. Cause when I was engineer I noticed repair tool for both spots as a option. I think I left it at 50% for the internet. Might move it to 0% to see if it improves or notice any changes.

 

You will see more lag at 0, it will still be there at 50, you just wont see it as much but there will be way more "what just happened?" moments

 

It was REALLY buggy at first but they've fixed almost every issue with their series of patches on the game. The only issue I have with the game now is that my kits don't save sometimes when I switch map packs and play on a server that's meant for a different
map pack.

 

I cannot say its that buggy its not laggy at all on my end. T5he only gripe i have is that it doesnt save my customised weapon setup. everytime i switch off and log back on again it resets my customised soldier settings.

 

Game played fine since release back on the 360 for me, but I cant believe they havent patched the campaign save stuff yet. That was a release problem from day one, LOL. BF is fun stuff. I wanna play BF Hardline.

 

Yeah I had a squad full of guys saying they didn't finish story mode cause it kept resetting and forcing them to start it over. While I mentioned I just got the game and finished story mode unlocking the M249 and P90.

 

I moved to some back water and am still waiting for cable/internet to make it out there. So I finished the campaign because if you're on line, it resets your progress. Those window lickers at DICE are clueless.

 

It's been cleaned up a lot since launch. Though it's still not perfect. Sometimes the hit detection isn't 100% accurate but it's very playable, especially compared to the glitchy mess it was at launch.

 

Bailed on the game a month after launch. Regrettable because I've been a big fan of the franchise since king BF2 reigned. Tried it again in March when TF was done for maintenance and couldn't get back into it. Feels like you're running in quicksand to
me now. Oh wells.

 

Absoluetly love battlefield games,but this game very nearly soured it all for me as regards next gen gaming,havent touched it since feb due to completing the campaign multiple times,with the different endings and getting collectables,only to be told repeatedly
i hadnt finished,all dlc for this game should have been free,as i bought half a game at launch,and quality controlled it for 3 months,yet when it works,in my opinion,its the best fps ive played bar operation wolf on my old cpc464,bizarrely,i now feel the urge
to play it again,gonna re install it now,jeez,i need to make my mind up bout this game!
