Is the HBO GO app down?

Have you tried to activate your account under the Time Warner provider?

I heard HBO Go app is coming out April 1st.

Thats the problem i pay for hbo under Charter so my family can watch it at their place but my new place only has Time Warner so i would have to pay for 2 subscriptions it seems but HBO Go has been working since Xbox One gained the app Not sure if this is
the cause or a non-issue.

 

I have Charter in Louisiana and HBO Go still won't work for me and I have tried all the fixes suggested.

The HBO GO app should still work with either Time Warner or Charter. You would just need to reactivate the app with the provider that you currently have purchased a subscription with.

Yea my HBO go is still down. I have a Charter Subscription, but use TWC internet. Does anyone know how to deactivate the device? I logged onto my HBO go account and not able to see where I can deactivate it. I still have the same errors as everyone

 

How do I disable HBO Go from my Xbox One if the App doesnt connect to HBO GO?

Apologies for the confusion! You can deactivate your account by trying the following the steps below. However, If the you are unable to get past the error message then you will not be able to get to the settings menu to deactivate your account.

• Open the HBO GO app and press the Menu button.
• Select Settings and then select Deactivate HBO GO.
• Select Deactivate Now and then select ok.
• Once you have deactivated HBO GO, close the HBO GO app and press the Menu button.
  
• Select Quit.
• Navigate back to the HBO GO app and press the Menu button.
• Select Activate and follow the steps to activate your HBO app again on www.hbogo.com/activate

HBO GO on Xbox 360 has been down since March 9th, though it's showing as "Up and Running" on the Xbox Live Status page. I keep trying, but it's not working at all for me.

Plenty of other people are having problems, too.

Thats the issue. Its impossible to tell HBO Go to deactivate because the only screens i get when i open the App is "Unable to Connect to HBO Go" and "Network Error". Hope this gets fixed soon Game of Thrones in less than a month lol

 

Same issue here for both XBOX 360's not working with Verizon FIOS, HBO GO works fine on XBOX ONE

Is NOT working fine on Xbox One. Not working in the slightest.

 

I am using TWC for my internet and an att log in for HBOGO on my One. I am still getting the network error/unable to connect screens. I have tried all the things suggested on this forum. I can't deactivate because it never loads the screen allowing me and
i tired the log online line and go to the "activate" screen but that still won't work. I've had this problem for about two and a half weeks and nothing is seeming to work, plus GoT is coming! help.
