    Hi! Is the date on the Subscriptions and/or Prepaid gold cards DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY. it doesn't say if the first Numbers are the day or month. Can anyone help please!?

    auto renewal xbox live yearly

    when it comes to billing there are two dates, oneis the renewel date that the subscription renews( that can change depends on subscription) and there is a billing date. The billing datee does not change om and that is when thechrge is sent to the bank to
    settle the balance for the sub.From the renew date 11 May 2015 there is a pending balance that is settled on the billing date 2 June 2015

    Auto renewal is off But still charging my debit card.

    All accounts have a renewal date and a billing date. The renewal date is the date your subscription actually renews for an additional 1, 3, or 12 months. The billing date is the day charges are sent out. One time charges are billed on the day of purchase,
    but subscriptions go by the billing date.

    My guess is your renewal and billing dates are different and you never noticed it before. You can either call support or check billing.microsoft.com to confirm this.

    It's an American product so Month first....MM/DD/YYYY.

    Ok I am confused.... I asked this question a month ago. reason I asked it is that I wasn't sure if the date was already expired and well Kenzibit said that its Month/day/year as its an American format. well I just got a warning that says my time is about
    to expire. if it was Month/day/year my time would have expired. as the time is 03/06/2014. and remembering that kenzibit said that's its month/day/year I will say, that is incorrect it its day/month/year. reason for that is, that my time would have expired
    and wouldn't be able to play already and I am able to play.

    As far as i know it depends on what region your in. The U.S. will be MM/DD/YYYY, Parts of Asia will be YYYY/MM/DD & everywhere else will be DD/MM/YYYY

    Hello MichaelcCondur, unfortunately there is no way to change the date of billing of the subscription, formerly there was, Microsoft had the date of renewal of the subscription and the date of billing, but they eliminated this option, now the date of renewal / payment of the subscription is when you purchased or repurchased the Game Pass.

    If you wanted the charge to be on another date, turn off automatic subscription renewal via the link below by going to your subscriptions and then re-subscribe to the Game Pass on the date you want to be charged.
