    Is the console insider beta safe?


    I've heard of a few issues where it gets stuck at the updating screen and countless others, so I just want to know of any potential issues or bugs that could potentially break my console, and I wanted to join mainly for that feature where you can turn down specific people. Is it worth it? Sorry, and thank you in advanced.

    The issue with joining the Insider Preview program is that you need to be 18 years old. If your son's friends are below that age, they should not be in the program.

    They are circumventing the safe guards of a child account, linked to a family account. They are also probably not aware of the issues that can arise from testing beta software on their consoles.

    I can not leave the Xbox Insider

    Hi, it depends what ring you are in. Currently there is no insider build for Beta, Delta and Omega rings, this means you will be on the current public build.
    So I was in the beta, but I would like to take my console from the insider and not receive more updates and the insider hub app is not getting my console off, it just stays on hold.

    You can download the Insider app on your console & apply to be in the Insider program to test console updates if accepted.

    Game beta's are run by the games developer/publisher.
