Discus and support is the connection problem fixed yet, so intermittant in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; my connection is intermittent, so I can play sometimes, but it never gives out rewards or replaces purchased items as they say they do....     my connection is intermittent, so I can play sometimes, but it never gives out rewards or replaces purchased items as they say they do.

    Problems with internet through xbox one

    Just rerun the test for network connection on your console so that error message is verified. If it does not connect again, the network connection troubleshooter will fix the problem for you.

    I have the same problem. Nothing on the forums will work. I have yet to find a solution. Everyone will suggest hard resets and deleting and re-adding your profile.

    The problem is with Telia in the UK having intermittent routing issues in the UK and are currently working to resolve them. No ETA as yet :(

    As suggested, it could be an intermittent connection in the cable. If it happens again, you might try the other VGA HD cable and see if that fixes the issue. If so, you might need a new cable! :)
