i have a simple question Is the confedrate flag banned i got banned and i think its because of a confedrate flage and i dont want it to happen again can some one help me out here is the gamer pic in question

I believe Microsoft is well aware that innocent XBOXes can get the AP25 flag. As I said, I have it on my spare XBOX, and I check it every few days, and it's not banned.

I'm pretty sure that the AP25 flag is not sufficient reason to ban, and that there likely is more evidence that needs to happen before they ban you.

If MS is really relying on just AP25 flag, then a LOT more people would have been banned. The AP25 protection doesn't work well (why do you think only 6 games have it so far). Yes, it does stop the pirates from playing games (for a while, until they patch
it), but it does seem to flag innocent boxes too.

If it is really just the fact that you have the AP25 flag, and that's the only evidence they have on you, I'm truly sorry that you got banned, since that really is not sufficent evidence.
