    Depending on the weapon, their are various sights and attachments. No camo.

    You can rank up and customize your character, but you lose the metal skin and end up looking like a normal armored solider, with no way to change the skin of your character.

    DazedHigh: O24 is right about the sniper. There is one in the game but I don't know at what level it's unlocked. You still have a few levels to go before you really start unlocking more equipment, rifles, etc. Also you will unlock burn cards and they
    can/will augment your rifle, or give you an upgraded one.

    They don't give you everything when first starting the game or in the first few levels. Keep playing and watch what unlocks. :)

    You unlock a sniper rifle at some point. Not sure what level it is but I unlocked it during the beta.
