Is Tech Support there just to ruin consoles?

I dont understand why this guy is allowed to ruin my xbox to then avoid all contact with me. He had me clear my data, and now I cant even play offline. Is it just a fluke, or is he purposely ruining consoles? I left a call back number, he called, ruined my xbox, hung up on me and when I try and contact them again, they keep hanging up. I have not been rude, didnt curse, they just wont talk to me, and I would like to know if there is any hope.

If you explain what the issue is maybe I or others here on this forum can help you get the console back to a working state.

Are you getting any error codes? What are they?

What version of console? Original, xbox one, S, X, Series S or X

WiFi or wired ethernet network connection?

I'm sorry I wasn't informed, but the restoration is the first procedure adopted by the technicians, they always erase everything before repairing.

I'd get a Switch anyway, its a great console. I spent ten hours over the weekend playing Dragon Quest Builders, and it was only a demo :eek:

If you're in the states you can call them at 800-469-9269

They can help troubleshoot the Xbox but it not a phone number for a replacement.

If they determine there's an issue with the Xbox console that needs repair, they can assist with creating a repair order for your console.
