    I am writing to urgently follow up on my account recovery attempts, as I have not received a response after multiple attempts over the past week. Below are the details:

    1. Initial Case (SIR20851644) – I submitted this request on Saturday, 8 March, at 08:11 AM (7 days ago). I received only a single response at the end of that day, but I have not received any further replies since then.
    2. Xbox Live Case (7070105870) – I attempted to contact support through Xbox Live, where I received a link, but it only allowed me to change my password. However, my account remains locked, and I still cannot access it.
    3. Alternative Email Case (SIR20878288) – I created a new case using a different email in case my Indian name was somehow causing delays. However, it has been 2 days since I opened this case, and I have still not received a response.
    Given the lack of responses, I am concerned about the status of my account recovery and would appreciate any updates or guidance on how to resolve this as soon as possible.

    Could you kindly provide a response with the next steps or let me know if any further details are required to process my case? I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as this situation is becoming increasingly urgent.

    because in live chat they are just saying "Believe me that I don’t want to leave you alone, what I will do is to leave some case notes of this case for more visibility.

    I contacted Xbox Live chat for help, and they provided me with a link to change my password. However, my account is still locked. I reached out again, but this time, they told me they couldn't assist with this issue even after I explained how important it was. I also requested a data transfer, which they said would take three days, but I have yet to receive any response.
