Is Sonic Frontiers on Xbox Pc App?

I apologize but as I have checked on the game website itself there is no information if it will be available on Microsoft Store for PC license because currently it can be purchased on Steam and coming soon on Epic games launcher.

We can only play a game both on Xbox and PC without purchasing the game twice if it's an Xbox Play Anywhere game and this will depend on the game developer/publisher.

Overall, if you would like to play the game on a PC you may need to purchase it on Steam.

it is not available on the microsoft store for pc, therefore not available in the xbox app or gamepass pc, it is purchasable on steam though.

Regarding game catalogs for Game pass for console and Game pass for PC, there are games that are available on both and there are games that are only specific to a console only or a computer. You can check the list from this link, https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass/games.

It really depends with the game developer if they will also release the game on the Microsoft Store app for PC.

when i put the disc it says it's dirty but the disc is new Sonic Frontiere in my Xbox one

It seems that the digital deluxe edition hasn't been published for Xbox right now.
