Is something wrong with my xbox

so my account got banned yesterday/today and i decided to log into my friends account and play overwatch for a bit but it gave me the same notifications as being banned- "choose something else to do, because of your past behaviour your are unable to..." (same
thing happened when i tried sending messages) note this is on an account thats not banned.

So im woundering if its my xbox thats banned or something, if anyones got an answer i'd love to hear it

something is wrong with my xbox live

i never used this before but i sign up for the gold membership and i would like to add netflix but i can't find it!! i looked all over, even browsed apps and it doesn't show up. there no taps or sections for music, video, or tv theres only home, social,
games, apps, setting and bing its getting really frustrating can someone please help

Hey there. Could you try this - Turn your Console off and Remove the Hard Drive and then turn it back on without the Hard Drive and see if it still freezes.

Also give this a try -

If this doesn't work then follow the Intructions above from the guy above with a link to setup a Repair

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I don't have another TV but I unplugged and left it and bought a brand new hdmi and it's fixed/sorted itself now.

Also be sure to check if all cables are connected properly... but it sure sounds like a hardware problem

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Have you tried to use a different TV as well as it can be an issue with the TV's HDMI port or the console's HDMI port.

If the same issue occurs after trying a different TV, you may need to create a repair order for your console by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices.
