I can see my friends list but on the right side of the home screen where the ads normally are it's telling me I need to connect to Xbox live. Can't access any games and when I start up apps they atleast load up but when I try to play the show or movie they
say there's a problem. Every time I test my connection it says it's all good. Any ideas what's going on?

Their is something wrong with my account.

I can't send messages, receive messages even though it says message sent on Xbox.

Something is up!! No multiplayer

Well the problem with your batteries is you are over charging them only charge them for about 4 to 6 hours a 12 hour charge can kill batteries

Also have you tried restarting your modem

Are you still having this issue? If so try the following to see if it makes any change:

- Press and hold the white Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off. Unplug the power brick from both sides. Wait 2 minutes. Replug and restart.

Kindly clear the cache of the Microsoft Store App by following the steps below:

1. On your search bar type in "wsreset" or "wsreset.exe".

2. Right-click and then run as administrator.

3. Wait for a couple of minutes before the Microsoft Store App launch and once done restart your PC before trying to install the game again.

The error code says invalid subscription. This suggests that the code is either not for your region or was not activated at the point of purchase. You would need to contact the seller for more assistance.
