I've had this game almost since day one and just want this skin does anyone know how to get it in August 30 2019

Unless you Kickstarted the game, you won't get Savini Jason.

Due to a technical error, the Savini Jason skin was available for a short time, but right now, there is no way to get the Savini Jason skin without being an original backer of the game on Kickstarter.
