Is port Triggering possible with xbox one?

I don't find the ports needed for port triggering. I mean NOT port forwarding.

On my Netgear R7000 I can give one device the option to trigger ports - this would be my xbox.

I want to use port Triggering instead of port forwarding because on port forwarding my port is ALWAYS open - even if I'm not online and with port triggering the port get closed after some time the port is not used.

Someone know what ports need to be triggered?

Is UPnP is now enabled? BskyB can tell you. If it is, then ask them to disable it and set up Port Triggering on port 88 and UDP plus port 3074 for UDP and TCP. Two xbox consoles on the same internet feed call for Port Triggering with dynamic IPs, not static
IPs with Port Forwarding or DMZ; if either of those are set up, then disable them and use Port Triggering instead.

A website I found says to attempt to forward/trigger the following ports:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP & TCP)

Port 53 (UDP & TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

However, I would read through the article just to make sure that's what you're looking for.

these are NOT the trigger ports - thats why I'm asking.

 

Why not try going to Youtube? The ports are the same by the way so don't say they are NOT the ports. You can set it up as follows port 80...external start 80 end 80, Internal start 80 end 80. Some routers are different like mine says triggered range forwarded
range but they have 4 fields to fill. If you have more then one device then you need to start at 79 and end at 81. Its pretty simple Google and Youtube is your friend. From the link he send I notice one field is grey but just try it.

 

This applies to all the ports btw so for 3074 you can start at 3073-3075 or just only trigger 3074 its up to you.

 

Something else to keep in mind is I used to use ddwrt on my router and under upnp the only port being used was 3076 while playing Ghost on the one. Now I may of seen 3075 before but I can't seem to be sure about that. But I would use those ports as well.
