Is Police/Military related posts on Xbox against the Code of Conduct?

I need to post this question, because I keep getting notices or hear stories of people getting enforcement actions taken against them for posting these kinds of posts, with no fitting reason for it. I also cannot ask Xbox Enforcement these questions because
there is no way to without making more violations, which I don't want to do.

I had enforcement action taken against me for a feed item looking for other police/military players to play with, and I know others that have had action taken against them for other police/military related posts, but, the enforcement action reasoning did
not explicitly state that the reason was for a police/military related post, and, the actual reason given to me by Xbox Enforcement did not fit what I posted, unless Xbox sees police departments or military forces as "notorious organizations".

There is nowhere in the Code of Conduct that prohibits posts related to the police or military, yet we are seeing violations for it. Unless someone is twisting the Code of Conduct to mean something else, or, unless there is some unwritten rule in Xbox policy,
there is no reason that we should be having these problems.

I could understand people taking offense if a police supporter posted opinions about a recent shooting, or a military supporter posted opinions about a controversial operation, but a post simply being related to the police or military should not, and arguably
does not, violate the Code of Conduct. Yet, action is taken by Xbox against me for it.

I do not need contact with Xbox Enforcement (and couldn't ask them this even if I wanted to), I just need someone to logically answer this question so we can stop getting in trouble if this is actually the problem between us and Xbox:

Is police/military related posts (for example, simply trying to find other police/military to play with) against the Code of Conduct, and if so, what statement in the Code of Conduct enforces it?

    :)

    Hi Maverick,

That's great never got a suspension over this. Personally it could be possible that someone reported the post, due to they were thinking you may been gathering people to do some harm. Like I said it is an opinion, as I have asked many on this issue and we
are all wondering why a post would be removed for this.

Ultimately, you would need to get with enforcement for a direct answer as to why the post was removed. in the past they did have a contact number, but they were getting a lot of abuse so removed it.

    Thanks,

    Brad

Have you thought about creating a club for other police officers and soldiers to join? You might find that there are others out there that will request to join.

I truly appreciate everyone's help and thoughts here.

To set the record straight, I was never suspended, they just removed my post and gave me the aforementioned reasons for it. I am afraid that if I keep making my seemingly innocent posts, that I will get suspended and I want to avoid that. But I feel I have
done nothing wrong I am not changing anything until someone explains why I am getting these actions against me.

I know this suggestion will go nowhere, but there needs to be an easier way to talk to Xbox Enforcement without getting in enough trouble first. Otherwise, I have to resort to this, and I get nowhere. If it is true that they won't tell me the real reason,
that FOR SURE makes that system a set up for failure.

Finally, I don't nessesarily need a case review here. I was just hoping someone could answer this question, as I believe the real reason for my violation was because I mentioned that our group contains police, that we were looking for more police to play
with, and that someone is offended by institution of police and they reported me. The disheartening thing is that Xbox Enforcement enforced the report, and gave me a lousy reason for it.

If someone could answer the original question, my concerns would be satisfied. But if Xbox Enforcement are the only ones who can factually answer it, I understand.

    Hello Maverick,

They will not put exactly why you were suspended or banned. Sorry you are unable to do a case review at this time unless get suspended again. Only said weird as it is a situation that don't seem like it would warrant a suspension. Unfortunately, no one on
the forums can give you a clear cut answer just our opinions. Enforcement are the only ones that can answer the question for you.

    Thanks,

    Brad

I understand that suggesting I do a case review would help, but I CAN'T submit a case review unless I keep doing whatever it was that was offensive and Enforcement suspends me, without any clear reason for what I did. All I was given was that my post was
offensive for being related to "sensitive events" or "notorious organizations". But how did I meet that criteria? Don't know, I have to get suspended first before Enforcement will talk to me. Again, the case review system is just a set up for failure. If
I could submit a case review, I wouldn't be here.

I don't understand how this is "weird". If Microsoft doesn't want people mentioning police, then it should be stated clearly with a logical reasoning, rather than suggesting that they are a "notorious organization" or that simply relating to police is talking
about "sensitive events", which makes no sense. Police are humans and some of them like to play video games, just like everyone else.

The only way this whole thing makes sense is if Microsoft is trying to prevent people from pretending to be a cop, but that wasn't even close to the reason Xbox Enforcement gave me.

Again. I just want an answer to my question, because this whole thing looks bad. It doesn't just look offensive to police, but it also looks like Microsoft is biased for subjectively supporting the report against a "notorious organization" without good reason.
I am giving Microsoft, or SOMEONE, a chance to clear the air and hopefully show that my reasoning is just a perception and not the reality.
