Is not working. Can't open puzzles.

Same here. It was working great for almost a year (and I was playing it often) with no crashes. Then all of a sudden I can't even open a puzzle before it crashes, can't even get to the point to pick a puzzle. I've tried all the recommended troubleshooting
with no luck.

Let's go ahead and sign out of the app then sign back in and check if you are able to open the puzzle that way. Also, let's try to reset the app following the steps here:

Settings>System>Apps & Features>Microsoft Jigsaw>Advanced Options>Reset.

Please let us know if those steps help get you back into the puzzle.

I need help. It started with the Microsoft jigsaw it just wouldn't open. The circle just keeps going around and around. Now all the games I have on my PC have stopped working. I can't side the screen, I can't open them. Is something going on? The puzzle
hasn't worked for several days and now I can't play any games. I uninstalled but they would not reinstall. It only downloaded for a few moments and stopped. Help?

Can't figure this out! The ads work but the puzzles are frozen on "...Downloading". VERY frustrating!!!!

Thanks for the reply. When I click on all of the collections, I of course see everything. However, if I click on a puzzle that I have already purchased, it states that I don't have enough coins to make that purchase. And of course, I can't open it to finish my puzzles.
