    Okay so i have an xbox one, its old. One day its working fine the next it wasnt. First isses was it wouldnt load past the green xbox screen, i teoubleshooted it and i would restart it and everytime i would get a different error code so i just settled and
    reset it. Worked for two days then the same thing happened so i had no option but to reset it again, the option where i kept my games and apps (not a factory reset). Worked for a couple days and now the issue is that its just slow it freezes, wont load anything
    so i turn it off and leave it alone and the next day its fine works great. Then the next day its slow again the icons wont load and it keeps freezing to the point where i have to hold the xbox button down to get it to turn off. So i did an actual factory rest
    on it and its working fine but im guessing in a couple days its going start acting up again cuz thats the cycle i seem to be stuck in. Anyone have an idea what the issue is and/or how to permanlty resolve it or is the thing just old and on its last leg and
    i should be saving my pennies for a new one

    Could be a issue in the HDD, contact
    customer support     just to be sure. If is a issue in the HDD you will need to get your console serviced.

    If you did the factory reset it should fix any issues with the operation system. An xbox lasts forever. At least the ones Ive had do. If it continues they may do support through microsoft but you'll pay and it may just be cheaper to get another one. You'd
    have to contact them. But with project scarlet coming out you may want to wait.
